Harp Rental Options

Daily Harp Rental — $250

Perfect for a concert, recital, rehearsal, or special engagement.

Your first rental day is $250, with the option to extend your rental as long as the harp remains at the same location.

Consecutive days at a fixed location — $100 per additional day.

Ford Island & Restricted-Access Rentals — $350

Performing at a military installation or venue with special access requirements?

Our restricted-access rental rate accommodates engagements requiring additional transportation coordination, security procedures, and scheduling considerations.

Delivery & Handling

We'll bring the harp to your location and arrange its collection when your rental is complete.

• Delivery: $75

• Additional on-site harp moves: $75 per move

• Extended on-site attendance beyond three hours: $75 per hour

All rentals include professionally coordinated delivery and collection, billed separately.

A Little Extra Care Goes a Long Way

As a professional harpist, I understand how important it is to have an instrument ready when you need it.

Your rental includes a tuning key, an electronic tuner, a portable adjustable cushioned bench, a sturdy music stand, and a complete set of replacement strings.

If your schedule involves rehearsals, performances, or moving the harp between rooms, simply share those details when you inquire. We'll help coordinate the arrangements.

How to Reserve Your Harp

1. Tell us about your plans

Share your rental dates, location, and a little about your performance or event.

2. We'll review availability and details

We'll look over your schedule, delivery arrangements, and instrument requirements, then provide a personalized rental quote.

3. Reserve your harp

Once you're ready, you'll receive your rental agreement and invoice. A $250 booking fee, credited toward your rental, secures your reservation, subject to insurance approval.

4. Get ready to play!

We'll coordinate the delivery and collection arrangements so you can concentrate on your music.

Caring for Your Rental Harp

Every instrument deserves thoughtful care, and we want you to feel comfortable and confident throughout your rental.

Our harps are insured through Anderson Musical Instrument Insurance. Rental arrangements are subject to insurance approval, and active American Harp Society membership is required in most cases.

A separate $500 refundable security deposit is required before your rental. Details regarding instrument care, insurance, and deposits will be provided in your rental agreement.
